About us
Our founder and chief Maths Specialist, Lydia Joshua, can teach maths to anyone. She’s a creative, outgoing and experienced tutor with a contagious passion for maths and a mission to infect every student she meets with a love for maths. But Lydia didn’t always love maths – in fact, it was quite the opposite and she left school having failed her GCE.
Then she met a fantastic teacher who not only taught her maths but changed her attitude and inspired her to love numbers.
Her experience motivated Lydia to start tutoring others. As the demand for her tuition grew, she sought out teachers like her who have a passion for their subjects and use creative approaches to reverse setbacks and help young people become successful lifelong learners.
